Rules and Payments

Payments and Reservations:

All transactions have a Transaction fee: $3.50

Daily/Weekly- Pay for the entire stay in advance. 

Monthly- Rent plus Electric. Invoices are processed the beginning of the month. Rent for month ahead, and electric from prior month is due. FULL month rent needs to be paid before staying at park, and we will pro-rate first month. For All Monthly stays…If you leave in first 2 weeks of month, the reservations turn from a Monthly reservation to a Daily/Weekly Rate (waterfall rates) If you leave in last 2 weeks of the month, you will pay the Monthly rate, plus electric, and payment for months reservation is non-refundable.

Cancellation FEE: Daily-non-refundable first day, Weekly/Monthly-$75. 5 Days’ Notice

The number of persons occupying the RV shall not exceed two (2) adults. Approval from admin for additional persons. Extra Daily Charge $5 a person, Extra Weekly Charge $10 a person Extra Monthly charge of $25 a person. 

THE MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR LOSS FROM ANY CAUSE. WE MAINTAIN A NO REFUND POLICY – SUBJECT TO “SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES”. Rent and payment for electricity are due and payable as per the terms of the site rental agreement. Aviator RV Park has the right to relocate Guest to a substantially equivalent site on the property due to scheduling inquiring Aviator RV Park reserves the right to increase its rates at any time by giving a formal advance notice to the guest.

Aviator RV Park INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Customer’s use or occupation of the RV site, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties. 

Aviator RV Park Condition of RV SITE: By executing this agreement, guests acknowledge and agrees that the RV Site is in good condition, and is adequate for Guest use. Upon termination or expiration to this agreement, Guests agrees to surrender the RV Site to the RV park in a similar, good condition. If guest fails to leave the RV site in good condition, the RV Park will assess reasonable charges to guest for returning the RV site to good condition.

Aviator RV Park will not tolerate any onerous, noxious or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and /or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. In the event of such onerous, noxious or offensive activity, in the judgement of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund. 

Aviator RV Park Assignment: Guest shall not have the right to assign or sublet the RV site her under to any person or persons. 

Aviator RV Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items on sites, or that have been left in the Laundry/Gathering Room.

Aviator RV Park is not responsible for lost, or stolen items from the in the designated sites along fence line. All customers need to have a lock on the trailer, and or unit that is being stored on property, and who is renting storage spot. 

Aviator RV Park Pets: If the Resort allows guest(s) to have pets on the property, Guest(s) are responsible for the pet’s behavior, waste removal, and noise level. Guest(s) agrees to clean up after his/her pet(s) and to be considerate of other RV resort guests. Guest(s) are liable for any damage or injury caused by his/her pet.


Aviator RV Park Credit Card on File: Guest(s) will provide the RV Park with information for a valid credit/debit card

to keep on file. The credit/debit card information will be used by the RV Park in the event that RV Park must charge guest(s) for cleaning or repairing the RV Site, or if Guest(s) vacates the RV site without paying the RV Park the total amount due under this Agreement. 

Aviator RV Park Attorney’s fees: In the event of any legal proceedings of any kind being instituted to collect unpaid rates, fee/fines, or utility charges. The RV Park may collect from guest(s) all reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the RV Park in pursuing such actions.

THEFT OF SERVICE LAW ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTON 31:04 (b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW”

This agreement does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement. Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered UNDER A HOST/GUEST ARRANGEMENT. 

RULES Terms and Condition

Rules and Regulations: Guest and their guest, invitees and all occupants shall comply with the rules and regulations provided to the guest, and posted within the limits of the property. Guest agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations applicable to Park’s property.

  1. Rent and payment for electricity are due and payable as per the terms of the site rental agreement. 
  2. Payments: Daily/Weekly- Pay for the entire stay in advance. Monthly-Pro-rated first month, If you leave in middle of month, the reservations turns from a Monthly reservation to a Daily/Weekly Rate.
  3. Cancellation/FEE- Daily-non-refundable first day, Weekly/Monthly-$75. Must give 5 days in advance. 
  4. Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors. 
  5. The number of persons occupying the RV shall not exceed two (2) adults. Approval from admin.
  6. The space you are renting is neat, clean and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Keep it that way and return the RV Site upon termination or expiration of your site rental agreement in the same condition provided. Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park. 
  7. Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. 
  8. Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated. 
  9. The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited.
  10. The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited. 
  11. The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited 
  12. Speed limit is 5 MPH. 
  13. No parking off milled asphalt, or in unassigned parking spaces. 
  14. No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises. 
  15. PETS (dogs & cats) must be on a leash at all times. CLEAN UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. 
  16. Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarette butts
  17. No campfires allowed – grills are permissible. 
  18. Do NOT wash campers or vehicles on these premises, ask for approval.
  19. Keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. Please take care of them and report any problem immediately. 
  20. Do not let water run unnecessarily. 
  21. Clotheslines are PROHIBITED. 
  22. A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. 
  23. Do NOT give out the camps WIFI code, or Laundry/Shower Code.
  24. Dumpster are provided, do NOT leave trash out overnight as dogs and cats get into it. 

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
